Our History
Three Star Adjustment Company was founded in 1974 by J.R. Boyd who was an experienced credit executive. In 1984, Vincent S. Capka purchased the company. Over the years, two (2) of his sons have joined the business bringing their credit and collection knowledge, expertise and experience to the company. For over 40 years Three Star has provided exceptional service and the results our clients have come to expect.

Vincent Capka Sr
Vince Sr is a U.S. marine Corps veteran. Having spent 25 years as a field salesman, regional and senior level sales manager in a variety of industries, he brings this knowledge, experience and expertise. Having working closely with the credit executives at the companies he worked for over the years enables him to assist and understand our client’s needs and as a valued resource for credit, collection and financial questions
Vincent Capka Jr
Vince is a U.S. Army and Ohio national Guard veteran who joined the company in 1986. An All-SWC linebacker in high school, he brings this same level of hard hitting enthusiasm and dedication to our clients service, reporting and collection requirements. His knowledge of our clients from working with them for over 30 years gives him a unique perspective on making sure they get what they are looking for.
Wayne Capka
Wayne is a U.S. Army and Ohio National Guard veteran who joined the company in 2004 after 15 years as a credit executive. He brings his credit knowledge and experience of handling multiple industries – manufacturing, service and distribution – to our clients. Having walked the walk of our valued clients this is a very valuable asset for the company and our client customers.
